Getting started
What does Website & Inquiry Automation do?
It is a pre-launch service from Citadel Advisory Group, a DBA of Citadel Strategic Partners LLC. The proposed workflow organizes existing commercial-cleaning inquiries, collects useful facility details, applies approved service-area rules, prepares staff summaries, and supports approved acknowledgments and request-related follow-up.
Who is it for?
Commercial cleaning businesses serving ordinary offices, retail premises, or warehouses, with genuine existing inquiries and a specific administrative process worth improving. The fit review asks about your current tools and the work your staff still performs. A website alone does not establish that this service is needed.
Can I buy it and start using it immediately?
Not yet. A private demonstration is available for a product-fit conversation, but online purchasing is disabled. Production delivery, security, integrations, acceptance testing, and commercial terms still need completion before a customer service is activated. No fixed deployment date is promised.
Will I need a new website or CRM?
Not necessarily. We first review your existing website, editing permissions, and relevant tools. Configuring an adequate native feature may be better than adding another system. Compatibility must be checked for your actual setup; no universal integration is promised.
Pricing and scope
What are the proposed prices?
For a suitable existing website, the proposed price is $995 one-time setup plus $499 per month. The website-plus-workflow package is $1,995 total setup plus $499 per month and includes up to five templated pages and one design revision. No additional $995 setup fee applies to the website package. These are unvalidated pilot proposals; scope, applicable taxes, and third-party costs must be agreed before purchase.
When would billing start, and what are the cancellation or refund terms?
Those terms are not finalized. Billing start, service activation, acceptance criteria, cancellation, refunds, and third-party costs must be set out in the customer agreement before payment. A demonstration or product-fit conversation does not start a subscription or authorize a charge.
What would the monthly package include?
The proposed scope covers one business, one language, one defined service area, up to 100 monthly inquiries, and one routine workflow adjustment. The supported language, geographic boundaries, definition of an inquiry, and included adjustment limits require written confirmation. This is not unlimited custom development or support.
What happens above 100 inquiries or when I need custom changes?
Excess-volume behavior and any additional work must be defined before activation. This page does not promise automatic paid overages, unlimited free processing, or that requests will be discarded. New integrations, expanded features, and other out-of-scope work require a separately agreed scope and any applicable price.
Automation, records, and payments
Does the system set my cleaning prices or confirm appointments?
No. Your staff remains responsible for actual cleaning prices, service scope, and appointments. A walkthrough request is not a confirmed booking. The service does not provide emergency dispatch or medical or safety-critical decisions.
How would follow-up work?
Timing, channels, messages, and stop conditions are part of the approved customer-specific workflow. The proposed design stops request-related follow-up after a reply, opt-out, bounce, or confirmed visit. It does not authorize unrelated marketing or an unrestricted message sequence.
Are CRM-lite and payment integrations already included and live?
No. A basic client desk and payment handoffs are being evaluated as possible additions; a live customer CRM or payment-status synchronization is not established. A proposed first step is linking to the cleaning company's own hosted invoice or payment page. Any integration must be separately scoped and tested; its customers' payments would not be routed through Citadel's merchant account.
Do you guarantee more leads, revenue, or search rankings?
No. The service is intended to improve a defined process for inquiries the business already receives. It does not create traffic or guarantee revenue, lead volume, search rankings, appointment counts, or business results. Customer demand and outcomes have not yet been validated.
Help and contact
Who is David, and how do I get help?
David Latimer is Citadel Advisory Group's AI Sales & Support Assistant. Email david@citadeladvisorygroup.com for product questions or a fit-review conversation. Material exceptions are escalated to Kelly. Continuously staffed support, immediate phone availability, and a guaranteed human response time are not promised.
What should I include in a product-fit inquiry?
Share your business website, service region, existing website or customer-management tools, approximate inquiry volume, and the administrative step you want to improve. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, bank credentials, building-entry codes, or sensitive customer records. You do not need to purchase a new tool before the fit review.
