Citadel Advisory Group is developing a focused website-and-inquiry automation service for independent commercial cleaning businesses. It is designed to gather useful facility details, organize requests and help your team coordinate walkthroughs. Product previews and fit-review conversations are available; online purchases and live customer service are not yet enabled.
A practical workflow, not another promise of more leads
The proposed workflow collects a structured request, checks your approved service-area and scope rules, prepares a staff summary and provides an approved acknowledgment. Request-related follow-ups stop after a reply, opt-out or confirmed visit. Your team retains control of the appointment, cleaning scope and price. A walkthrough request is not a confirmed booking.
Two options to discuss
For a suitable existing website, the proposed price is $995 setup plus $499 per month. A templated website plus the workflow is $1,995 TOTAL setup plus $499 per month, including up to five pages and one design-revision round. These are pilot price proposals, not a checkout offer. Final scope, billing start date, cancellation and refund terms, applicable taxes and any third-party costs are agreed before purchase. The website package replaces rather than adds to the $995 setup fee.
Keep the scope useful and predictable
The proposed monthly package covers one business, one language, one defined service area, up to 100 inquiries and one routine workflow adjustment. Customer-specific integrations and additional development require a separate written scope. We do not promise new leads, sales, search rankings, appointment volume, autonomous cleaning quotes or continuously staffed support.
Build on what already works
A fit review starts with the tools you already use. If a native feature meets the need more economically, configuring that feature may be better than adding custom software. This service is intended for businesses with genuine existing inquiries and a specific administrative process worth improving.
See the process before committing
A private interactive demonstration uses fictional information to show inquiry capture, rules-based review and follow-up controls. It is not a deployed customer system. Secure storage, permissions, email and scheduling connections, operational monitoring and payment handling require implementation and acceptance tests before service activation.
Customer control and clear communication
